1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in：After 15:00 (A valid ID is required for registration at check-in).
• Check-out：Before 11:00.
• Late check-out: Private VillasNT$ $1,000/villa per hour; Ocean-view RoomsNT$ $500/room per hour; after 13:00, a full-day room charge applies.
• Early check-in / Late check-out：Please inform us at least one day in advance. Availability is subject to our confirmation.

3. Quiet Hours & Safety Reminders

• Quiet hours：22:00–08:00 the next day. Please keep noise down and avoid loud outdoor conversations to maintain neighborhood peace.
• Coastal activities：Please be mindful of tides and personal safety. We recommend bringing swimwear, a hat, and sunscreen.
• Private splash pools: Each private villa has its own outdoor splash pool. Typically available from April to October depending on seasonal weather (subject to on-site notice).

4. Occupancy & Extra Bed / No-bed Child Fee

To ensure comfort and safety, please stay within the reserved number of guests. If you need to change the number of guests, please inform us at least 7 days before check-in.

5. House Rules (Thank you for your cooperation)

• Natural surroundings：As we are close to the sea and greenery, small insects may appear. Please contact our butler if you need assistance.
• Kitchen use：Private villas are equipped with a kitchen for guest use. Ocean-view rooms do not include a kitchen; a microwave is available. Other appliances are not provided for loan. Please contact our butler if you need help.
• BBQ：Self-BBQ is not permitted on the property. If needed, we can help arrange an outdoor BBQ buffet dinner in town.
• Valuables：Please take care of your cash, valuables, and vehicle. We are not responsible for safekeeping.
• No smoking：Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If a smoke/odor remains after check-out and affects the next stay, compensation equal to one night’s room rate will be required.
• No illegal activities：Gambling, loud parties, drugs, or any illegal activity are strictly prohibited. If discovered, we will report to the police and cancel the stay without refund.
• Protecting facilities：Please do not move furniture. If moved, please return items to their original position before check-out. A butler inspection at check-out takes about 20–30 minutes; please allow time.
• Damage / loss：Any intentional or negligent damage or loss of furnishings/equipment will be charged based on actual cost, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
• Safety equipment：24-hour outdoor CCTV and indoor smoke detectors/alarms are installed for safety and dispute resolution.
• Visitors：Visitors are generally not permitted on the property. Thank you for your understanding.
• Fireworks：Unauthorized fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• Pets：Pets are not allowed. Please contact our booking team if you need information.
• Dispute resolution：In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the Penghu District Court shall be the court of first instance.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Deposit Refund Percentage)

After the deposit/total payment is completed, if a refund is requested due to personal reasons, the refund percentage will be calculated based on the cancellation date, and returned after deducting a one-time payment processing fee.

• Rescheduling notice：Postponement is considered a cancellation of the original booking date and a new reservation. The cancellation policy will apply accordingly.
• Force majeure：If force majeure occurs on the stay date (e.g., typhoon/earthquake affecting the departure or destination area, such as an official land typhoon warning or transportation disruption), we will follow government announcements and assist with rescheduling or cancellation.
• Unable to fulfill：If the stay cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to either party, the deposit and other fees paid will be refunded after deducting a one-time payment processing fee.
